Registration & Admission

A: You can register online through the official show website. Pre-registration is recommended.

A: Admission is free for all visitors who register in advance online.
*Tip: Don’t forget to register early to secure your spot!

A: No worries! You can register onsite, but we recommend registering online in advance for a smoother entry.

A: Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of "Participation of the children", "Privacy Policy", "Participation Policy for the Event or the Seminar" by their legal guardian and be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult aged 18 or older to enter the show. Please register yourself in advance if you plan to accompany child(ren) on the day of the show. Please visit Show Management office on the day of the show for the registration of the child(ren). Each legal guardian or adult aged 18 or older may accompany up to five children. If you wish to bring six or more children, please contact Show Management in advance. Please note that admission of children may be declined under certain circumstances.

A: This show is a trade show for business. Please understand the purpose of the show and register in advance if you are 18 years or older. Travel & Visa

A: Show Management does not provide visa support services including invitation letter for visitors. Please consult your local Japanese embassy or consulate for visa application procedures. Show Management recommend visitors to book their accommodation for the show in advance.) .Reservations for hotels can be made online.

Accessibility & Support

A: Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Aisles are at least 120 cm wide, and wheelchairs are available for rent free of charge. Please refer to our Barrier-Free Support page.
