Group Visitors can receive below privilleges. Register today as the service is limited for 150 groups.

Visitors coming in a group of 7 or more people will receive a ¥500 lunch discount voucher per person.
You can use the voucher at food trucks and restaurants inside the venue during the 3-day event starting Wednesday, October 1.

Group Visit Process
1. Group Application
The group representative (e.g. company staff) should fill out the application form with details: Group name, Expected number of visitors, Planned date and time of visit, Contact information, etc.
2. Completion of Group Visit Badge Registration
After submitting the group application, you will receive a confirmation email. Please use the visitor registration form link in the email to register all group members for their visitor badges. You can either share the registration link with all group members so they can register individually, or the representative can register on behalf of all members.
* Each visitor must have a unique email address to register. If someone does not have an email address, they can still come to the venue. A badge will be issued on-site. (Please note: on-site badge issuance may take time, so advance registration is recommended.)
3. Bring Your Badge on the Day
Once registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to each registered email address. The email includes a link to download your visitor badge. Please print the badge in A4 color and bring it to the venue. (Badges will be available for download from early September.) If you cannot print the badge in advance, you can also print it at the venue. In that case, Just bring the confirmation email with you.
Tip: If you don’t see the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.
4. Receive Your Lunch Discount Voucher
On the event day, please visit the Group Visit Reception Counter with all your group members. Each member will receive a ¥500 lunch discount voucher.
Note: A short survey will be required to receive the voucher.
